Cheesecakes:
Mix all the ingredients for 5 minutes at medium speed.
In water bath – Grease forms and fill almost to the
above. Bake for 25 minutes at 220 ° C.
Direct – Grease forms and fill almost to the top.
Bake for 20 minutes at 210 ° C.
Pies:
Mix all the ingredients for 5 minutes at medium speed.
Line the way with vegetable paper and grease.
Filling the desired amount.
Bake for 12-15 minutes at 240 ° C.
Unmold and wrap on paper sprinkled with sugar.
