Description

Semi-complete product for manufacture of bread 7 cereales with
2.5 kg of seed for decoration.

Application

1 kg of 7 cereales
2 kg of wheat flour
1.65 l water
0.09 kg of fresh yeast
Mold all ingredients so
get soft and elastic umamassa.
Estanca time: ± 15 minutes.
Divide into pieces and tender.
Garnish with the seeds, put on trays
and lead to ferment +/- 45 minutes.
Cut and bake at 200 ° C. Bake with steam.
