CHEESE BREAD

Description

Complete product in powder manufacturing
cheese bread, with high yield.

Application

1 kg of cheese bread
0.4-0.6 L of water or milk
0.4 kg eggs
0.4 kg of grated cheese
Mix in a mixer at low speed,
The mixture of product added and the grated cheese
until a homogeneous blend. Add the
eggs and finally water.
Beat for 5 minutes, until a soft and lean mass.
To form the loaves in the desired size and place in a
untada.Cozer medium at a temperature of 180-200ºC
for 15-20 minutes until the bread browned.
