Description

Application
1 kg of cream choc
1 kg of sugar
3 L of water
Mix well solids.
Add the water stirring with sticks at low speed
adjusting the amount of water to the desired consistency.
Beat vigorously after you have added all the water.
Let stand the cream before using so that it reaches the
gelation required.
Characteristics
Great product for finishes, gloss, smooth texture and
stability to cold. Flavors to taste the chocolate and hazelnut.
