Description

Semi-complete product for making rice cake and cupcakes.

Application

1 kg of Cupcakes Plus
0.3 kg eggs
0.3 kg of vegetable oil
0,25 kg water
Add all ingredients and beat with racket during
4-5 minutes at medium speed. Beat until with have a
smooth paste.
Fill forms and bake at 220 °C with closed air.
When begin create head, open air or slightly the door.
Finish cooking until make a cooking time 15-20 minutes.

Characteristics

An ideal product for the manufacture of cakes of higher growth
with moist crumb, golden and shiny crust. It has a good
yield and a good shelf life.
