PAN BROAS

Description

Semi-complete product for making pan broas fruit.

Application

1 kg of Panbroas
0.4 kg Water
0.05 kg eggs
0.4 kg of Minced Fruit
0.1 kg of Dried Fruits
0.2 kg of sultanas
Add the Panbroas with water and eggs. Banging racket,
about 4 minutes.
Add the fruits and let engage well.
Let the dough rest 15 minutes.
Tender with enough flour and make small rolls (type “croquette”).
Place on floured board or lined with siliconized paper.
With the palm flatten slightly and flouring above.
Cooking: 240-250ºC for +/- 10 minutes.

Characteristics

Great product for confection of various types and sweet flavors, with the predominantly taste
cinnamon. Easy to use and handling with good shelf time.
