TWELFTH NIGHT CAKE

Description

Complete product in powder for the production of twelfth night cake.

 Application

1 kg of twelfth night cake
0.3 L of water
0.1 kg of eggs
0.07 kg Yeast
0.025 kg drink or plant aroma
0.45 kg of chopped fruit
0.15 kg of sultanas
0.15 kg of dried fruit
q.b Fruits to decorate
Mold the product with water, eggs and beverages, about 5 minutes.
Add the yeast and knead for ± 15 minutes.
Rest 5 minutes.
Add the fruit and leave only the kneading time to involve them as well.
Rest 30 minutes.
Weigh wrap and place in greased or lined with siliconized paper trays.
Let rise 30-45 minutes.
Paint with egg and decorate with fruit.
Cooking: units of 800g, bake for 25 minutes at 200 ° C.
